Return Process

  Log into your Golden Sand account and select the item you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
